(1) Customers must clearly understand and agree to the following "Return Policy" before using or browsing this website.
(2) The 3armystore is committed to providing customers with return or replacement of goods due to its misdelivery or its quality damage. All replacement or return services must comply with the"Return and Replacement Conditions" in order to be implemented.
(3) Return and Replacement Conditions
l Customers must submit within 7 days after receiving the goods with complete sales documents
l The goods are not food or underwear category
l The goods must be priced at regular prices, excluding gifts or used goods.
l The product packaging, accessories, tags and gifts or coupons (if attached) are kept intact
l The product has not been used or washed
(4) If the goods are only partially damaged, the 3armystore will only replace the parts.
(5) Only one return service will be provided for each item.
(6) If the goods that the customer has to replace are not in stock, the 3armystore will refund the balance after deducting the relevant discount to the customer's member account (excluding the delivery fee). If the customer is not a member and refuses to become a member or refuses the above refund arrangement, it will be deemed to have unconditionally waived the relevant refund amount.
(7) The 3armystore will not accept or provide any return or replacement services to any damage caused by (i) improper installation, falling or improper storage, or (ii) damage caused by improper use, or failure to meet all the requirements of the "Return and Replacement Conditions”.
(8) In case of any dispute, the 3armystore reserves the right of final decision.
(9) The 3armystore reserves the right to update the “Return Policy” without prior notice.
(10) In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the “Return Policy”, the Chinese version prevails.
